 English 		In Don't Paint the Cat you must recognize and compare pitches correctly while trying not to make a mess of painting the garden fence. You hear selected notes from the neighbor's music and have to decide whether the second note is higher or lower than the first. Each correct answer makes the tune longer and the challenge more difficult. If you answer incorrectly or take too long, the painting continues – and in the end even the cat by the fence might get covered in paint. The game combines ear training with a humorous setup and gradually increases the difficulty.

 German 		In Don't Paint the Cat musst du Tonhöhen erkennen und richtig vergleichen, um beim Streichen eines Gartenzauns keine Fehler zu machen. Du hörst jeweils bestimmte Noten aus der Musik des Nachbarn und sollst entscheiden, ob die zweite höher oder tiefer ist als die erste. Mit jeder richtigen Antwort wird die Melodie länger und die Aufgabe anspruchsvoller. Reagierst du falsch oder zu langsam, wird der Zaun weitergestrichen – und am Ende könnte sogar die Katze am Zaun mit Farbe bekleckert werden. Das Spiel verbindet Gehörtraining mit einem humorvollen Aufbau und steigert den Schwierigkeitsgrad Schritt für Schritt.
