 Italian 		The Lost Levels è simile a Super Mario Bros., con i giocatori che controllano Mario o Luigi per salvare la Principessa Peach da Bowser. Aggiunge un livello di difficoltà maggiore e Luigi si controlla in modo leggermente diverso da Mario, con un attrito ridotto al suolo e un'altezza di salto maggiore. The Lost Levels introduce anche ostacoli come i potenziamenti dei funghi velenosi, controproducenti deformazioni di livello e raffiche di vento a mezz'aria. Include 32 livelli distribuiti in otto mondi e 20 livelli bonus.
