Die Erde ist ein Ödland und der böse Lord Dread herrscht mit eiserner Hand. Nur eine kleine Gruppe von High-Tech-Soldaten unter dem Kommando des charismatischen Captain Power kämpft gegen den Erzfeind und seine Bande von Bio-Dread-Handlangern.nnnnIm Spiel spielt das alles jedoch keine Rolle. Stattdessen starten Sie in zwei Weltraum-Shooter-Sequenzen. Im ersten Teil, der Trainingsmission, zerstörst du drei Dread-Drohnen auf einem Schießstand aus dem Cockpit. Teil 2, „Attack on Volcania“, ist ein 2D-Sidescroller, in dem Sie sich nähernde feindliche Raumschiffe eliminieren. Wenn genügend Feinde gestorben sind, können Sie das feindliche Versteck bombardieren. Die Schiffsschieß-/Bombardierungssequenzen werden wiederholt, bis die Schilde der Festung endgültig zerstört sind.

Anglais Based on the 1987 television series Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future, this computer game of the same name sends you to the year 2147. Earth is a wasteland and the evil Lord Dread rules with an iron hand. Only a small group of high-tech soldiers under the command of the charismatic Captain Power fights against the archenemy and his band of Bio-Dread henchmen.nnnnHowever, none of this plays a role in the game. Instead, you start off in two space shooter sequences. In the first part, the training mission, you destroy three Dread drones on a shooting range from the cockpit. Part 2, “Attack on Volcania,” is a 2D side-scroller where you eliminate approaching enemy spaceships. When enough enemies have died, you can bomb the enemy hideout. The ship shooting/bombing sequences are repeated until the fortress's shields are finally destroyed.
