Anglais Djihad Chess takes the basic idea of chess and twists it into something far more eccentric and action-leaning. Instead of a calm and rule-bound duel, it feels like a freer and more chaotic variation in which pieces confront each other more directly and the classic board-game atmosphere is deliberately broken apart. That unusual, almost experimental approach gives the game a raw and curious appeal that clearly sets it apart from more traditional chess adaptations.
