Anglais Nobunaga no Yabou Returns is a remake of the original Nobunaga's Ambition from 1983. The strategy gameplay is identical to the original release — select either Oda Nobunaga or Takeda Shingen and attempt to conquer the 17 regions of Kansai and central Japan — but this remake features completely redone graphics and sound. All daimyo are now rendered in full 3D, and there is a full remixed soundtrack including many songs appearing from other Nobunaga's Ambition games.

Français Nobunaga no Yabou Returns est un remake du jeu original Nobunaga's Ambition de 1983. Le jeu est identique à l'original, choisissez Oda Nobunaga ou Takeda Shingen et tentez de conquérir les 17 régions du Kansai et du centre du Japon.
Mais ce remake présente des graphismes et un son entièrement refaits. Tous les daimyos sont désormais représentés en 3D et la bande-son a été entièrement remixée, incluant de nombreuses chansons issues d'autres jeux Nobunaga's Ambition.
