Anglais The Old World remains a mysterious, unfinished project that seemingly never advanced beyond the concept stage. What exists are only screenshots depicting scenes from different time periods, showing objects and environments fitting to each era. How the gameplay was intended to work is unknown, though it might have resembled something like Time Tunnel, involving time travel across eras. It appears The Old World was never completed and now survives merely as a visual fragment of a lost idea – a relic from the old world of C64 development.
