Synopsis
Synopsis
Languages Information Proposed by
Anglais Mahjong Sangokushi Engi re-creates the events of the classic Chinese Three Kingdoms story - the end of Han Dynasty reign (3rd century AD), and the civil war that erupted as a result and soon spread over the entire country.

What sets this game apart from other strategy games based on the story of Three Kingdoms is the fact everything in it is done according to the rules of the Chinese board game mahjong. Actions like assigning generals, preparing armies, choosing provinces to conquer, etc., follow a traditional turn-based strategy template. However, the strength of the generals, soldiers, etc. is measured by points calculated in mahjong games, with mahjong stones representing various types of military forces. Every confrontation with the enemy is a game of mahjong; it can be set on auto, and the outcome will be decided depending on the player's preparation for the battle.
