Anglais Neighbors from Hell is a game with adventure, puzzle and stealth elements. The player controls Woody, a participant in a reality show in which he takes revenge on his neighbor.

The goal of each of the 14 episodes is to entertain the audience by pranking the neighbor. Each episode is themed around a neighbor's activity for the day, and the majority of the "available" pranks need to be successfully pulled to complete the episode. Some pranks can even be chained for a bigger effect and a chance for a small rating bonus. In each episode, the player needs to keep moving around the house and pick up useful objects, as well as follow the movement and activity patterns of the neighbor to deduce what can be combined into a prank.

The player needs to move around the neighbor's house stealthily, because if Woody is caught in the same room as the neighbor, the episode is a failure. Later episodes also require Woody to sneak past the neighbor's pets, and also introduce rooms which are inaccessible in prior episodes.

Français Neighbors from Hell est un jeu mêlant aventure, énigmes et infiltration. Le joueur incarne Woody, un participant d'une émission de téléréalité où il se venge de son voisin.

L'objectif de chacun des 14 épisodes est de divertir le public en piégeant le voisin. Chaque épisode est inspiré d'une activité quotidienne du voisin, et la plupart des farces disponibles doivent être réussies pour le terminer. Certaines farces peuvent même être enchaînées pour un effet plus spectaculaire et une chance de gagner un petit bonus de classement. Dans chaque épisode, le joueur doit se déplacer dans la maison, ramasser des objets utiles et observer les mouvements et les activités du voisin pour en déduire comment créer une farce.

Le joueur doit se déplacer discrètement dans la maison du voisin, car si Woody est surpris dans la même pièce que lui, l'épisode est un échec. Les épisodes suivants exigent également de Woody qu'il se faufile entre les animaux du voisin et introduisent des pièces inaccessibles dans les épisodes précédents.
