Allemand „Ghost Rider“ setzt die Handlung des Films fort und schickt den Spieler in die Rolle von Johnny Blaze, dem Ghost Rider, der Mephistos Plan stoppen soll, Blackheart auf der Erde wiederzubeleben. Dieses Vorhaben könnte die Apokalypse auslösen und Mephisto die Kontrolle über die Hölle kosten, da es gegen die Regeln der Engel verstößt, dass keine Dämonen auf der Erde existieren dürfen. Trotz seiner eigenen Motive stimmt Ghost Rider zu, um Roxanne Simpson, die Frau, die er liebt, zu retten. Der Spieler kämpft zu Fuß gegen Dämonen, nutzt aufrüstbare Angriffe wie Faustschläge und die Höllenkette und muss auf dem Höllenrad über weite Strecken rasen. Anglais In this sequel to the movie, Mephisto requests Johnny Blaze (The Ghost Rider) to stop the plan to revive Blackheart (son of Mephisto) on Earth which can cause The Apocalypse. This may cause Hell to be taken away from Mephisto because it breaks the no demons on Earth rule given by the Angels. Ghost Rider, although going against Mephisto's will, agrees to stop this plan only to save the woman he loves, Roxanne Simpson.

The player as The Ghost Rider must stop this plan by battling many demons on Earth while on foot with upgradeable attacks done with fists and the Hell chain. The player must also race across miles of land on the Hell Cycle killing the demons on their various transportation ways with the hell chain and fireballs.
Espagnol En esta secuela de la película, Mephisto solicita a Johnny Blaze (The Ghost Rider) que detenga el plan para revivir a Blackheart (hijo de Mephisto) en la Tierra, lo que puede causar El Apocalipsis. Le titre reprend l'univers du film où vous incarnez Johnny Blaze, un cascadeur qui a vendu son âme au diable pour sauver son père victime d'un accident. Le titre est divisé en plusieurs chapitres, dans lesquels il faut alterner phases d'action et phases de courses à moto.
Portugais Nessa sequência do filme, Mephisto recorre a Johnny Blaze (o Ghost Rider) para impedir o plano de reviver Blackheart (filho de Mephisto) na Terra, o que poderia causar o Apocalipse. Isso porque violaria a regra imposta pelos Anjos de proibir a presença de demônios na Terra, podendo levar Mephisto a perder o controle do Inferno. Apesar de ir contra a vontade de Mephisto, o Ghost Rider concorda em impedir o plano, mas apenas para salvar a mulher que ama, Roxanne Simpson.

Como Ghost Rider, o jogador deve deter esse plano enfrentando diversos demônios a pé na Terra, utilizando ataques com punhos e a corrente do Inferno que podem ser aprimorados. Além disso, o jogador precisará percorrer quilômetros na Motoqueiro Fantasma, eliminando demônios em seus diferentes meios de transporte com a corrente do Inferno e bolas de fogo.
