Anglais Ms. Pac-Man Maze Madness is a combination of classic Pac-Man (or in this case, Ms. Pac-Man) action, maze exploration and Sokoban-like puzzle elements. Players take on the role of Ms. Pac-Man and have to save Pac-Land once again. Although the game is in full 3D, players can only move along designated paths.

The four Wonders, mystical regions separated from the rest of Pac-Land by force fields, contains four Gems of Virtue: Generosity, Truth, Wisdom and Courage, each holding enough power to help keep Pac-Land safe from evil. However, an unknown enemy has transformed the Enchanted Castle into a haunted house, in turn starting a chain reaction of evil all around Pac-Land and the four Wonders. It is up to Ms. Pac-Man to enter the 3D designed worlds of the four Wonders and put the evil to rest for good.

Français Ms. Pac-Man Maze Madness combine l'action classique de Pac-Man (ou dans ce cas, Ms. Pac-Man), l'exploration de labyrinthes et des éléments de puzzle de type Sokoban. Les joueurs incarnent Ms. Pac-Man et doivent sauver Pac-Land une fois de plus. Bien que le jeu soit entièrement en 3D, les joueurs ne peuvent se déplacer que sur des chemins prédéfinis.

Les quatre merveilles, des régions mystiques séparées du reste de Pac-Land par des champs de force, contiennent quatre gemmes de vertu : générosité, vérité, sagesse et courage, chacune détenant suffisamment de pouvoir pour aider à protéger Pac-Land du mal. Cependant, un ennemi inconnu a transformé le château enchanté en maison hantée, déclenchant ainsi une réaction en chaîne du mal dans tout Pac-Land et les quatre merveilles. C'est à Ms. Pac-Man qu'il revient d'entrer dans les mondes en 3D des quatre merveilles et de mettre fin au mal une bonne fois pour toutes.
