Allemand Jetzt geht es endliche wieder zurück zu den putzigen kleinen Pflanzenköpfen - den Pikmin. Und auch diesmal ist der Anlass nicht weniger dramatisch als beim letzten Besuch. Zwar landet Captain Olimar ausnahmsweise gezielt und sicher auf dem Planeten der Pikmin, doch er hat eine dringende Aufgabe zu erfüllen. Seine Firma steht nämlich vor dem Ruin, und deshalb muss er möglichst schnell 10000 Pokos beschaffen. Doch wozu hat man denn einen ergebenen Assistenten Louie und ausgesprochen flinke Freunde im All? Olimar macht sich auf, die fehlenden Pokos zu besorgen. Und da auch bei den Pikmin die Schätze manchmal vergraben sind, kommt ihm eine neue Pikmin-Art ganz gelegen. Die weißen Pikmin sind nämlich unter anderem beherzte Buddler und graben versteckte Gegenstände in windeseile aus dem Boden aus.

Anglais Captain Olimar has returned to the planet where the Pikmin live, and he's all business this time. The company he works for is going bankrupt, so to save it, Olimar must salvage the treasure buried all over the planet. Of course, he'll need the help of the Pikmin to do that--he can't do anything by himself. Control one of two main characters--Olimar or his assistant--as you command your Pikmin to defeat enemies, propagate more Pikmin, collect precious doodads, and solve puzzles. With unlimited time, new colors of Pikmin, and two-player cooperative play, Pikmin 2 improves on the original in many ways.

Con un tempo illimitato, nuovi colori di Pikmin e il gioco cooperativo per due giocatori, Pikmin 2 migliora l'originale in molti modi.
