Allemand Wee Willie ist Fensterputzer in einer Wohnung und möchte seine Kunden glücklich machen. Einige der Kunden heißen ihn willkommen und möchten, dass ihre Fenster gewaschen werden, während andere sich wegen seiner nassen Arbeit Sorgen machen und nicht möchten, dass er ihre Fenster putzt. Willie hat in seinem Eimer nur eine begrenzte Menge Wasser zur Verfügung, also darf er es nur für die einladenden Fensterputzkunden verschwenden. Außerdem regnet es, also muss sich Willie merken, wer wo wohnt.

Anglais Wee Willie is a window washer at an apartment who wants to keep his customers happy. Some of the customers welcome him and want their windows washed while others are worrisome about his wet work and would not want him washing their windows. There's only so much water for Willie to wield in his bucket, so he must only waste it on the welcoming window wash customers. It's also raining so Willie will have to remember who lives where.
