Synopsis
 English 		Series hero Adol Christin and his fellow passengers are shipwrecked on the cursed Isle of Seiren, a monstrous, uncharted land where they establish the Castaway Village while searching for a means of escape. Adol begins having recurring dreams of a mysterious blue-haired maiden named Dana, whose sections of the game explore a thriving ancient civilization in the island's distant past. Through his exploration and Dana's memories, Adol discovers that the island is the epicenter of the Lacrimosa, a cyclical natural catastrophe designed to bring about the mass extinction of humanity and other dominant lifeforms. Uniting the present-day castaways and drawing on the forgotten power of Dana's people, Adol resolves to be the first to fight back against the forces of biological evolution and ensure the survival of mankind.
