Synopsis
 French 		Initial D Arcade Stage 4 est un jeu de course développé par Sega. Il s'agit de la suite de Initial D Arcade Stage Ver.3. Cette version a été largement mise à jour par rapport à ses prédécesseurs. Contrairement aux anciens jeux de la série, qui étaient des révisions du titre original, Initial D Arcade Stage 4 utilise un tout nouveau moteur physique conçu spécialement pour le système d'arcade Sega Lindbergh. Ce nouveau système permet aux voitures de réellement glisser — ou drifter — sur la piste lors des virages, une fonctionnalité absente des versions précédentes. Le jeu présente également des personnages animés en "cel-shading" interagissant entre eux, tandis que les voitures et les décors bénéficient de graphismes haute définition entièrement remis à jour.
