Quatre étapes vous attendent, mais chacune ne se débloque que si vous terminez la précédente en moins de cinq minutes. Les pierres qui jonchent la route vous coûtent de précieuses secondes. Avant de commencer, choisissez l'un des trois niveaux de difficulté ou un mode entraînement sans adversaires. Le joystick vous permet de contrôler la vitesse et la direction: vers le haut pour accélérer, vers le bas pour freiner, à gauche ou à droite pour tourner, et vers le haut pour changer de vitesse. C'est une course poussiéreuse et exigeante, où la moindre erreur vous coûte du temps.

Après avoir défini le nombre de tours, votre voiture dévale un tracé étroit et sinueux, balisé par des bordures clignotantes. Chaque virage requiert des réflexes fulgurants: le moindre contact avec le bord du circuit vous ralentit instantanément et interrompt votre course. Le jeu tire sa force de son style minimaliste et de la tension constante qui règne lorsqu'il s'agit de négocier chaque passage étroit avec une précision accrue.
